J. Cacao was born in Los Angeles and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Being born hearing from Deaf parents not only gave him a different way to view the world it gave him a different purpose in Life. He is a proud (CODA) Child of a Deaf Adult and serves to respect and honor the Deaf community by providing another means of entertainment through Music.
